Evidensia Day 2026
Evidensia Day 2026 💙
Evidensia Day 2026 brought our teams together for a full day of learning, connection, and celebration at Nordic Hotel Forum.
The daytime training “Dream Team” focused on teamwork, trust, and collaboration — with plenty of laughter, energy, and shared moments along the way. We hope everyone walked away with new ideas, good emotions, and a stronger team feeling.
In the evening, we enjoyed a relaxed dinner, live music by Emili, and one of the highlights of the day — the Evidensia Awards 2026.
Evidensia Awards 2026 🌟
While every one of our colleagues deserves recognition, these awards highlight this year’s recipients whose actions especially stood out and reflected our values in a remarkable way.
We care award
Egle Juursalu
There are people who do their job well. And then there are people who do their work with heart, soul, and genuine care. Not just a veterinarian, but a source of safety, hope, and comfort for both animals and their owners.
Clients who turn to her feel that their beloved companions are truly in good hands. She does not simply treat illnesses; she supports, explains, reassures, and is fully present for them.
It is admirable how, even in a fast-paced environment, she remains attentive, compassionate, and understanding — not only toward her patients and clients, but also toward her colleagues. She carries all of this responsibility with grace, which is why she is also ready to step in and help at our other clinics whenever needed.
Her patience, professionalism, and big heart leave a lasting impression on everyone she encounters.
Thank you for being the voice of those who cannot speak for themselves.
The Evidensia “We care award 2026” goes to – Egle Juursalu
We dare award
Elen Nurmetalu
Courage and recklessness are not the same. Courage builds. Recklessness destroys.
Courage can make great things happen — recklessness can get you hurt. The line between boldness and pushing too far is razor-thin, and walking it requires the balance of a ballerina and the strength of a warrior.
To dare greatly is not just about taking risks. It takes endurance. It takes belief. It takes the trust and support of the team and people around you. And when all of that comes together — a true leader rises.
Leading one clinic is already a challenge. Leading two at the same time — and uniting the people within them — is a different level entirely. It demands vision, resilience, heart, and the ability to connect, inspire, and move forward together.
The Evidensia “We Dare Award 2026”, for emerging as a recognized leader of two clinics and for bringing all those people together as one team, proudly goes to – Elen Nurmetalu.
We share award
Kristina Harjuzova
From the very beginning she has been there — truly there — for every single member of the team. Present. Committed. Reliable.
She has shared her knowledge and expertise generously, carried responsibility without hesitation, and stepped forward whenever needed — not only during working hours, but in the evenings and on weekends. Always ready to support difficult decisions. Always ready with a hug on the hard days.
But her impact goes far beyond professionalism. At our private clinic events, she is the brightest spark — the one who brings people together, who makes the moments happen, who becomes the heart of the celebration. She shares her smile, her songs, and the warmth of her soul with all of us.
She doesn’t just work in the clinic. She strengthens it. She connects it. She brings it to life.
The Evidensia “We share award 2026” goes to – Kristina Harjuzova.
Soul animal award

The bee
Erme Evard
How much do we really know about bees? And how often do we truly notice them? Yet every day, we enjoy the results of their hard work without stopping to think about what it takes.
The Bee Award honors someone exceptional whose dedication and quiet excellence keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
She is thorough in everything she does, with an eye for detail that misses nothing. Her work is precise, structured, and consistently reliable. But it’s not only her technical expertise that we admire — it’s her mindset.
Always helpful, always thinking ahead, always ready to support those around her. Whether answering complex questions, bringing clarity in moments of uncertainty, or offering calm and structured guidance, she is a constant pillar of support for the entire organization.

We are incredibly grateful for her precision, dedication, and the stability she brings to our organization.
